Cocktail Meatballs These soulicious meatballs from Urban Chefs are great for a holiday or football party or even on a roll for sandwich Meatballs: 1 lb lean ground beef or ground Turkey 1 egg,s slightly 1 Cup finely crush saltine cracker(crush with a rolling pin or blender) 2 TB. Minced White Onio 2 TB. RED & GREEN BELL PEPPER FLAKES 9 drops Urban Chefs hot sauce. 1/4 GARLIC SALT Sauce: 2 cup Urban Chefs Mild or Spicy BBQ sauce Preheat the oven to 325. Mix together the meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in an ungreased,shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. At the end of the 30 mintutes baking time,drain off any fat,turn the meatballs over and coat with Urban Chefs BBQ Sauce At this point the meatballs are fully cooked,so you can transfer them to a slow cooker to keep them warm or return them to the oven on low heat to keep warm until you,re ready to serve them.
