  1. • Bone-In Chicken Thighs
  2. • Urban Chefs Barbecue Sauce Mild or spicy
  3. • Olive or Vegie Oil
  4. • Chicken Rub
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the chicken thighs. Now coat the thighs in oil and your favorite chicken rub. Then sear the chicken for a minute or two each side over the hot coals Move the thighs to indirect heating (opposite the coals). Cover in a 350 f grill for about 45 minutes. Add some hardwood for an additional smoke flavor. Remove when the chicken reaches 165-180f internal. Grilling time will vary, depending on the size of the chicken thighs and how hot your grill is. Serve with your favorite Urban Chefs Spicy or Mild Barbecue Sauce.

Ingredients
  1. 4 to 5 pounds beef back ribs
  2. 10 ribs
  3. 1 teaspoon Urban Chefs BBQ Rub
  4. 1 16 oz Bottel Urban Chefs BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Trim excess fat from beef ribs. Rub Urban Chefs Rub over the ribs. Preheat grill and prepare for indirect grilling with a drip pan. Place ribs on grill over drip pan and close the lid. Cook for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours over a medium low, indirect heat (try to keep the temperature under 265 degrees F.).
  2. When the ribs are nearly finished begin brushing the Urban Chefs BBQ sauce on them until you get a thick coating.

Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Oven-to-Grill Baby Back Ribs Recipe. 

Back ribs originate from the blades and center section of the pork lion which is known for finger meat between base. Pork Back Ribs Basics 

Recipe ingredient 

   1/4 cup yellow mustard 

• 1 3 1/2 lb. rack pork lion baby back Ribs 
• 1 cup Urban Chefs BBQlicious rub 
• 1/2 cup Urban Chefs Mild or Spicy BBQ Sauce 

Preheat the oven to 375 f. With a pastry brush, spread mustard all over both sides of the ribs. Sprinkle Urban Chefs rub all over both sides of ribs.
Place ribs in the center of double thickness of heavy foil cut 6 inches longer than the ribs; wrap ribs. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender (the two center bones of the rack should start to pull apart easily).
Transfer ribs to a baking pan (discard liquid). Spread BBQ Sauce all over both sides of the ribs.

 Grill, covered, directly over medium heat 15 minutes, brushing with additional sauce every 5 minutes. Adjust heat as necessary to prevent burning. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoon of Urban Chefs BBQ Rub
  2. 3 pounds chicken wings,wing tips removed, each split at the joint into 2 pieces
  3. 1 Cup of Urban Chefs mild or spicy bbq sauce
  4. 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions
  1. 1 Soak the wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In large bowl place bbq rub and add chicken wings and turn to coat. Allow the the wings to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over medium heat (350 to 450 F)
  4. 4. In a medium saucepan add bbq sauce and bring to a simmer over medium heat on the stove.
  5. Remove from the heat, add butter,and whisk until butter is melt.
  6. 5. Drain and add one handful of the Hickory wood chip to the charcoal or to the smoker box of a gas grill, following manufacturer's instructions, and close the lid.When smoke appears,grill the wings over direct medium heat,with the lid closed. for 5 minutes, turning once. Move the wings over indirect and continue grilling ,with the lid closed, for 10 minutes. Drain and add the remaining wood chips to the charcoal or smoker box.Brush the wings with some of the bbq sauce and grill until crisp, deeply browned in spots, and tender, about 15 minutes more, brushing the wings one time with the sauce.
  7. Remove the wings from the grill and serve with Ranch Dressing, if desired.

Ingredients
  1. • 1 beef brisket, 4 to 5 lb.
  2. • Salt, to taste
  3. • 1⁄4 cup bbqlicious rub
  4. • 2 small yellow or red onions, diced
  5. • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  6. • 1⁄2 cup beef stock
  7. • 1⁄2 cup lager-style beer
  8. • 10 sandwich rolls, toasted
  9. • 1/2 cup of Urban Chefs Mild or Spicy Barbecue Sauce warmed, for serving
Instructions
  1. Season the beef brisket generously with salt and coat with the grilling rub. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Put the onions, garlic, stock and beer in a slow cooker. Add the brisket, fat side up. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours according to the manufacturer's instructions. Transfer the brisket to a carving board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let stand for 30 minutes.
  3. Slice the brisket across the grain and fill the rolls with meat. Pour barbecue sauce into a bowl and pass alongside. Serves 10.
