Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup of Urban Chefs Mild BBQ Sauce
  2. 1/4 cup of Urban Chefs Classics Hot Sauce
  3. 4 lb chicken wings, wings tips removed, each split at the joint 2 pieces
Instructions
  1. 1. Soak the wood chips in water for a least 30 minutes
  2. 2. Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350 to 450 F)
  3. 3. In small sauce pan combine the sauces. Cook over medium heat on the stove until warm, about 5 minutes, whisking occasionally.set a side 1/4 cup of the sauce. Pour remaining sauce from saucepan into a large bowl and add the wings. Turn wings in the sauce to coat them evenly
  4. 4. Drain and add the wood chips to the charcoal or smoke box of a gas grill. When smoke appears, grill the wings over direct medium heat with closed until juices run clear, about 20 minutes turning occasionally Transfer the wings to a large bowl clean bowl and toss to coat with the reserved 1/4 cup sauce.

  • Red & Green bell pepper
  • 6 Whole Mushrooms
  • 1 Lg Quarter Red Onion
  • 2 tblsp UC Garlic Herb Rub
  • 2 tblsp UC BBQ Rub
  • Cracked Black Pepper as need
  • Garlic Herb has salt in it you can increase the amount if necessary.

What to do:

  1. Wash all fresh product under running water.
  2. Drain well, in large mixing bowl bowl toss together cut vegetable olive and Urban Chefs seasoning .
  3. Place vegetable on a hot grill and cook until tender.
