Lean (2-3lb) Boneless skinless turkey breast Urban Chefs Chocolate Habenaro Vinegar - as needed Urban Chefs BBQ or Garlic Rub - as needed

Preheat grill according to manufactures instructions
1.Trim any excess fat off turkey
2. Season turkey breast with all ingredients and as needed to your taste 3. Start grilling " I like to start out with a hot grill turning and making sure not to burn the meat for about 10 mins. then turn heat down or move to a cooler side of the grill, this allows the natural juices to be lock in and the in result end up with a more moist and tender product. Turkey should be fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of at least a 160 degrees any more you dry it out.
At this point its ready to be basted with Urban Chef's Mild or Spicy BBQ sauce
